Does the ORION series require a screen change for different products?
The ORION 22A to 2222A series is designed for universal cleaning. In many cases, it can perform single or double product sorting without the need for a screen exchange, making it highly economical for facilities handling multiple crops.
How does the “Double Aspiration” system improve quality?
By using vertical sifters at both the infeed and outfeed, the machine removes light impurities twice. The inlet aspiration reduces sieve load, while the outlet aspiration performs a final “polishing” for maximum purity.
What is the purpose of the Oscillation Monitor?
Safety is a priority. The oscillation monitor tracks sieve box movement and triggers an immediate shutdown if it detects irregular or dangerous vibrations, protecting both the machine and the building structure.
Can the air volume be adjusted during operation?
Yes. Depending on the specific product, air volume can be regulated either by remote control via the PLC system or directly at the machine using manual “hands-on” controls.
How does the machine handle wet or highly contaminated products?
