Processing Equipment for Other Herbs and Leaves
Describe each herb or leaf material by its botanical identity, incoming form and intended finished product. A process selected for one material should not be assumed suitable for every herb.
Separate whole-leaf, flower, stem and powder applications in the enquiry. For mixed materials, provide the composition and finished-product acceptance criteria so that trials can assess usable recovery and the required product form.
Inspection and Material Preparation
Agree the intake condition and the unwanted material to remove. Review Hand Pick Selection Belt Conveyor where manual inspection and selection are part of the proposed workflow. Define how the incoming material will be fed, inspected and collected, and confirm the cleaning arrangements between different lots.
Cutting and Milling Requirements
Use the leaf crushing guide and grinding guide to define the size-reduction objective. Compare Hammer Mill Machine and Pin Mill Machine only where the incoming dried material and required finished grade justify milling. Mill selection and operating settings require representative trials; these links do not establish suitability for every fibrous herb or a guaranteed output.
Product Quality and Trial Checks
Specify the target whole-leaf or particle-size grade, permitted unwanted material, usable recovery and capacity. Assess the product appearance, dust generation and any agreed aroma or temperature criteria during trials. Discuss hygiene, contact surfaces, access for cleaning and dust handling as part of the project brief.
Discuss Your Herb Processing Requirement
Send the material description, representative sample, incoming condition, required finished grade and site layout through the ADDAMS contact page. Include the intended market and packaging format. The configuration should be agreed from this brief and trial results before equipment performance targets are set.
