ADDAMS Air Screen Separation Prosesi, tohum ve tahıl işleme tesislerinde kullanılan temel bir temizleme ve sınıflandırma yöntemidir. Tohum veya tahılları; boyut, şekil ve yoğunluk (ağırlık) farklarına göre ayırarak temizler.

Bu sistem, üç temel temizleme prensibine dayanır:

1. Aspirasyon (Hava ile Ayırma)

  • Kontrollü hava akışı kullanılarak hafif yabancı maddeler uzaklaştırılır.

  • Toz, kavuz ve hafif partiküller hava akımı ile taşınarak siklon veya toz toplama haznesine yönlendirilir.

  • Ürünün yüzeyindeki hafif kirleticiler etkin şekilde temizlenir.

2. Eleme (Boyut Bazlı Ayırma)

  • Ürün, bir veya daha fazla titreşimli elek üzerinden geçirilir.

  • Delikli eleklerin açıklıkları belirli çaplara sahiptir.

Üst Elek:

  • Büyük parçaları (sap, taş, topak vb.) tutar.

Alt Elek:

  • Küçük partikülleri (kum, küçük yabancı ot tohumu, kırık dane vb.) ayırır.

Üst ve alt elek arasında kalan ürün, istenen temiz tohum veya tahıldır.

3. Sınıflandırma (Hassas Boyutlandırma – Opsiyonel)

  • Daha hassas kalite gereksinimleri için ardışık birden fazla elek kullanılabilir.

  • Bu sayede ürün farklı boyut fraksiyonlarına ayrılarak daha homojen partiler elde edilir.
