Gentle conveying and carefully selected drop heights help protect the beans from cracking.

Cocoa Bean Processing Solutions
Cocoa beans require controlled handling because broken beans and damaged shells can reduce the value of the final product. ADDAMS systems can prepare raw or dried cocoa beans for storage, roasting or further processing by removing field impurities, stones, dust, metal and defective beans. The exact line depends on whether the customer needs raw-bean cleaning only or integration with cracking, winnowing and downstream cocoa processing.
