ADDAMS DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY & STARTUP
1. Delivery (Logistics & Shipping) of ADDAMS
Packing: Machines are crated or wrapped securely, often disassembled for transport.
Documentation: Includes manuals, wiring diagrams, CE certificates, and customs/export paperwork.
Transport: Shipped by land, sea, or air, depending on location.
Delivery Coordination: Work closely with the client to ensure site readiness (e.g., concrete foundations, utilities in place).
2. Technical Team for Installation of ADDAMS
If ADDAMS Mechanical and Electrical Technicians are required for installation, we work closely with the client to ensure relevant entry visas are obtained ahead of the goods’ arrival; the installation site is ready, safe storage space for the goods to arrive is available, required forklift or cranes for off-loading goods from the container are ready, required utilities, power tools, and necessary civil engineering are prepared to start assembly on site.
3. Assembly (On-Site Installation) of ADDAMS
Reassembly: Larger machines (e.g., air screen cleaners, seed treaters, grain separators) are reassembled at the customer’s facility.
Positioning & Anchoring: Equipment is aligned and anchored on the floor, respecting plant layout plans.
Utility Connections:
Electrical wiring to control panels
Compressed air and dust extraction system connections
Mechanical Integration:
Conveyor and elevator alignment
Hopper and ducting setup
Inter-machine connection to ensure smooth material flow
4. Startup (Testing & Commissioning) of ADDAMS
Dry Run: Machines are powered on without product to test motors, belts, sensors, and control systems.
Live Run with Product:
Feed actual seeds/grains to validate flow, performance, and reject rates.
Adjust settings for optimal cleaning, grading, or treatment.
Operator Training: Teach the customer’s team how to:
Operate and monitor equipment.
Perform basic maintenance.
Troubleshoot common Start-up issues.
Final Inspection:
Ensure safety guards are in place
Document and sign off on successful commissioning.
ADDAMS Objectives of This Phase
