ADDAMS PRODUCTION & MANUFACTURING
ADDAMS physically produces the equipment after the design and planning stages, including the whole cycle from raw materials to a fully assembled, tested, and ready-to-ship machine.
1. Detailed Manufacturing Design of ADDAMS
Finalize technical drawings, tolerances, materials, and fabrication instructions.
Create shop-floor manufacturing documents (cutting lists, weld maps, part specs).
2. Procurement of Materials & Components of ADDAMS
Source raw materials (steel sheets, motors, bearings, fasteners, etc.).
Purchase third-party components (electric panels, sensors, belts, motors).
Perform incoming quality checks.
3. Fabrication & Machining of ADDAMS
Cutting, bending, and welding of steel or stainless–steel parts.
Machining components such as shafts, sieves, housings, etc.
Surface treatments: galvanizing, powder coating, sandblasting.
4. Assembly of ADDAMS
Mechanical assembly of primary units (e.g., air screen cleaner, gravity separator, destoner).
Installation of electric motors, pulleys, and sensors.
Wiring of control panels and PLC systems (if applicable).
5. Quality Control & Inspection of ADDAMS
Dimensional inspection of fabricated parts.
Functional tests on motors, belts, and fans.
Safety checks (guards, grounding, wiring integrity).
6. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of ADDAMS
Simulate real operating conditions.
Run machines with test seeds or grains (if possible).
Inspect throughput, vibration, noise, and cleaning performance.
Final calibration and adjustments.
7. Packing & Delivery of ADDAMS
Disassemble large units for shipping (if needed).
Pack in wooden crates with labels, manuals, and spare parts.
Prepare customs/export documentation.
ADDAMS Goal of This Phase
To deliver robust, precise, and efficient machinery that meets client specifications and can be installed with minimal adjustment or rework.
